Where do you Ship?

We offer free shipping for orders over $49NZD ($4.99 for orders below that sum) within New Zealand. We also offer express shipping with DHL to international destinations with the maximum timeframe being an estimated 14 business days (excluding Custom Hold-Ups). Custom international shipping fees will be calculated upon checkout based on weight and destination. Please be advised in advance that each country has different requirements for imports including limitations based on quantity, weight or pricing. Please check in advance what the requirements are in your country before ordering.

What is your Customs Policy?

There is a risk that your purchase may be held at customs. We will not be liable for delays related to customs nor costs incurred so please check carefully with your country's legislation before purchasing.

Returns & Cancellation Policy

If you have made a mistake at checkout, let us know immediately and we will refund your money. If the item has already been sent then we will refund the money upon reception of the items purchased provided the items have not been opened. Return shipping will be borne by the purchaser.

We will accept returns on damaged goods.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on products that are held up at customs, that incur custom duties or be held responsible for any other customs related issue so please verify your country's legislation before ordering.
